Role Overview:

We are hiring a Plant Operations Supervisor to manage daily manufacturing activities, ensure production targets, and maintain process discipline on the shop floor. This role demands leadership, coordination, and a sharp focus on quality and output.

What You’ll Do:

Monitor production lines and ensure smooth flow of operations
Assign tasks to operators and manage shift activities
Coordinate with quality, maintenance & inventory teams
Track daily output and report deviations
Maintain safety standards and housekeeping
Train and guide junior staff for better performance

What We’re Looking For:

Diploma / B.E in Mechanical / Production
0 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setup
Hands-on knowledge of machines & production processes
Strong communication and leadership skills
Willingness to work in shifts (day/night/rotational)

Location: Chennai

Salary: 30k to 50k per month
