Lead Quality Manager Plant Quality Excellence
Job Description:
The senior "Plant Quality Authority" and "Executive Zero-Defect Anchor" in each of our production sites is the Quality Manager Strategic Quality Assurance, Total Quality Management & Quality Systems. Your main responsibility is to create, implement, and improve the overall quality strategy, total quality management culture, and customer satisfaction index for the entire plant, while Quality Engineers and Supervisors are in charge of line-level inspections and process compliance. As the "Guardian of Executive Quality Governance, Customer Retention, Cost of Poor Quality Reduction, Statutory & ISO/IATF QMS Certifications, First Pass Yield, and Plant-Wide Quality Reliability," you assume direct leadership responsibility for making sure that all engineering changes, suppliers, product lines, and processes either meet or surpass international standards.

Key Duties:
Executive Quality Strategy & Plant Governance: Establish a proactive zero-defect culture throughout all manufacturing activities by developing, communicating, and implementing the annual plant quality strategy, quality objectives, and key performance indicators.
Customer Relationship & Claim Resolution Leadership: Oversee cross-functional engineering teams in carrying out thorough 8D root cause problem-solving and creating long-term Corrective and Preventive Actions. Serve as the main point of contact for all customer quality reviews, customer audits, and field returns.
QMS Certification & Compliance Ownership: Oversee the Quality Management System as a whole while adhering strictly to ISO, IATF, or aerospace/medical requirements; oversee system audits for customers, third parties, and internal systems with full compliance.
NPI Leadership & Advanced Product Quality Planning: Ensure smooth launch quality with no start-up errors by supervising the implementation of APQP gateways and Production Part Approval Process submissions for all New Product Introductions.
