We are looking for an experienced and motivated Group Leader – Medical Billing (Non-Voice Process) to oversee and guide a team of billing professionals in our healthcare finance department. The Group Leader will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring process accuracy, meeting productivity targets, and supporting team members in delivering high-quality billing services. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, possess leadership qualities, and are passionate about driving operational efficiency in a medical billing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of medical billing professionals working in non-voice processes, such as data entry, claim verification, and billing documentation.

Monitor team performance, track productivity metrics, and ensure adherence to accuracy and compliance standards.

Provide training, coaching, and support to team members to enhance their skills and resolve billing-related issues.

Review billing data for correctness, identify discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation in medical billing systems.

Collaborate with other departments such as coding, accounts receivable, and compliance teams to ensure smooth workflows.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 5 to 7 years

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in healthcare, finance, administration, or a related field is preferred.
