We are hiring CNC Operators to join our growing team in Chennai. As a CNC Operator, you will operate and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality parts. Freshers and experienced candidates up to 3 years are welcome.

Job Role: CNC Operator

Location: Chennai

Salary: 18,000 to 22,000 (Based on the Experience )

Experience: 0–3 Years

Job Type: Full-Time

Qualifications:

B.E/B. Tech , ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, Turner, Tool & Die, or related trades

0 to 3 years of experience operating CNC machines

Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and configure VMC turning machines with correct tools, offsets, and parameters.

Read, modify, and optimize VMC settings and programs for machining efficiency.

Inspect finished components using micrometers, calipers, and gauges for accuracy.

Identify and resolve machine issues and perform routine maintenance tasks.

Coordinate with maintenance teams for machine repairs when necessary.

Follow all safety protocols and maintain accurate setup and operation records.

Ensure adherence to company quality standards and machining specifications.
