Kashmir tour Itinerary for 7 nights and 8 days
DAY 01: ARRIVAL SRINAGAR
Once you arrive at Srinagar Airport our local representative will meet you and assist with transfer to the hotel. On arrival, you can take a rest or after you freshen up you can visit the local market and do some shopping for yourself on your own. Overnight stay at Srinagar.

DAY 02: SRINAGAR TO GULMARG DAY EXCURSION
Morning after breakfast start to explore Gulmarg from Srinagar. En route, you will visit some other local tourist spots. The main attraction of this day will be Asia’s highest and longest cable car. You may also ride Gondola at Gulmarg. If you are traveling in the winter season then in Gulmarg you can try skiing. Coaches are available who will guide you and teach you skiing. You will also visit the highest Golf Court in the world at Gulmarg. Later drive back to Srinagar and overnight stay in the hotel.

DAY 03: SRINAGAR TO SONMARG DAY EXCURSION
After completing your breakfast, you will start to explore Sonmarg. On the way, you will cross many small and beautiful villages, and witness paddy fields with streams and river crossings.

Some of the main attractions of the Sonmarg sightseeing are Hazaratbal Shrine and Gagangir Tourist Village. In Sonmarg you will also visit the Thajwas Glacier which is a 4-kilometer drive from Sonmarg. If you will be interested to visit this sightseeing you need to hire a local taxi to reach Thajwas Glacier. In the evening drive back to Srinagar and overnight stay at Srinagar.

DAY 04: SRINAGAR LOCAL SIGHTSEEING
As the last two days will be very hectic schedule and tiresome due to the long journeys so today’s schedule will be minimalist but beautiful. You will be visiting Srinagar for local sightseeing. Some of the places worth mentioning are Nishant Bagh which was built by Asif Khan in 1632 who was the brother-in-law of Jehangir.

Another beautiful garden that is a must-visit is Shalimar Bagh built by the Mughal emperor Jehangir for his beloved wife Noor Jahan. You will be dropped off at your hotel in the evening. Overnight stay at Hotel.

DAY 05: SRINAGAR TO PAHALGAM
Once you complete your breakfast you will be driven toward Pahalgam. The route toward Pahalgam is wonderful and mesmerizing. You will be left speechless with its virgin beauty. The places that you will be visiting on this day are the Avantipura ruins and the Mattan temple.

The main attraction for this day will be a visit to saffron fields. Post that, you may avail of a pony ride or trek towards Mamaleshwara which is only one kilometer downstream, and opposite the Lidder River you will find a small yet beautiful Shiva temple. Overnight stay in Pahalgam.

DAY 06: PAHALGAM LOCAL SIGHTSEEING
After having breakfast, you can visit some other local sightseeing in Pahalgam. One of the famous spots is the Betaab Valley. The valley is famous due to a shooting of a superhit Bollywood movie called Betaab acted by Sunny Deol.

However, to visit Betaab Valley you need to book a local taxi at your own expense because the local transporter does not allow any outside vehicles. Apart from Betaab Valley, you can visit some other natural sights of Pahelgam. Overnight stay in Pahalgam.

DAY 07: PAHALGAM TO SRINAGAR
Today you will be driven back to Srinagar. This day will have been kept free as this will be your last day so we want you to stroll on the streets of Srinagar and you may visit the local market in case you have missed day one of your tour. The rest of the day is free for leisure, overnight stay in Srinagar.

DAY 08: CHECK-OUT AND DEPARTURE TRANSFER
After breakfast, you will be checked out from the hotel and our local representative will drop you back either at Srinagar airport or at the Srinagar bus stand from where you can board buses for Jammu.
