Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and technically skilled Tool Room Engineer to join our manufacturing unit. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining various tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures used in production. You’ll work closely with the production and design teams to ensure all tooling is precise, durable, and optimized for efficiency. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include operating CNC and conventional machines such as milling, lathe, and surface grinders, conducting repairs or modifications, and ensuring that all tooling supports smooth workflow on the shop floor. A strong understanding of engineering drawings, materials, machining techniques, and hands-on problem-solving is essential for this position.
