Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing activities and ensure smooth production flow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing shop floor operations, meeting production targets, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

As a Production Supervisor, you will lead a team of operators and technicians, monitor machine performance, enforce safety protocols, and ensure timely completion of production schedules. Strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of manufacturing processes are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily production activities on the shop floor

Allocate manpower and resources effectively

Monitor production output and ensure it meets quality standards

Coordinate with planning, quality, and maintenance departments

Maintain production records and ensure workplace safety

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or related field

2 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision

Knowledge of production processes, tools, and safety standards

Strong leadership and team management skills

Willingness to work in shifts
