Job Description:

A CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines to produce precision parts and components according to engineering drawings and specifications. The role involves reading blueprints, loading raw materials, adjusting machine settings, and performing quality checks to ensure accuracy and efficiency. CNC Operators are also expected to monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and carry out basic maintenance to minimize downtime. They work closely with supervisors and quality teams to meet production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards in the workplace.
