Role Description:

We are looking for a Java Developer to join our team at NCS SoftSolutions in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site role that offers the opportunity to work on industry-leading platforms, using cutting-edge technologies to shape the future of GRC and Audit systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain software applications using Java and related technologies.
- Design and implement microservices architecture with a focus on scalability and performance.
- Leverage the Spring Framework to deliver high-quality, modular solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document requirements and specifications.
- Work with databases, ensuring efficient data retrieval and manipulation.
- Utilize tools like jQuery, iReport, and Spring Boot for application development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven expertise in Java and JavaScript programming.
- Experience in Microservices design and the Spring Framework ecosystem.
- Strong proficiency in database management and query optimization.
- Familiarity with tools like iReport, jQuery, and Spring Boot.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Robust communication and interpersonal abilities for effective teamwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Compensation: 4 to 4.5 Lakh per year
