Description
The average price of Ni 1.5% ore stood at $46 per wet metric tonne (wmt). Meanwhile, nickel ore prices from the Philippines remained elevated in the domestic market during the same period.
This is mainly because the Surigao region entered the rainy season, leading to a significant decline in the export volume from Philippines to the domestic market in March, resulting in rare spot transactions.
