Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team and manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various positions across the organization. You will collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs, attract qualified candidates, and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics.

Assist in onboarding new employees and ensure proper documentation.

Stay updated with industry trends and recruitment best practices.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using recruitment tools and job portals.

Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.

Good understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and employment practices.
