Baheda, also known as Vibheetaki or Bibhitaki, is a traditional Ayurvedic herb obtained from the fruit of the Terminalia bellirica tree. It has been valued for centuries in Ayurvedic practices and is one of the three fruits traditionally combined to make Triphala, along with Haritaki and Amalaki.
