Candidates should have significant experience in hotel or resort management, excellent leadership abilities and strong knowledge of hospitality operations. Responsibilities include strategic planning, staff supervision, guest satisfaction, service quality, administration and coordination across departments. Experience with luxury hospitality, wellness resorts or destination properties is preferred.
