Shift: Day Shift / Rotational Shift
Salary: ₹13,000 to ₹20,000 per month based on experience

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries through voice and non-voice channels (calls, emails, chat)

Update and maintain customer records accurately

Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions

Follow communication scripts and workflow guidelines

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Required Skills:

Good verbal and written communication in English

Typing speed of 40 -45 WPM

Basic computer knowledge and MS Office

Problem-solving attitude

Willingness to work in shifts
