Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payment Posting Executive to join our finance or accounts team and ensure accurate posting of payments and financial transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing incoming payments, verifying invoices, and updating financial records in accounting systems. This role involves reconciling discrepancies, coordinating with clients or internal departments for missing or unclear information, and maintaining precise documentation for auditing and reporting purposes. The Payment Posting Executive will also support the finance team in generating reports, resolving payment-related queries, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Attention to detail, basic accounting knowledge, and proficiency in tools like Tally, ERP systems, or Excel are essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting is preferred, along with prior experience in payment posting, accounts receivable, or bookkeeping.
