Position: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals.
Manage department heads and coordinate overall team performance.
Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, and operational targets.
Identify new business opportunities and support business growth.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.
Set performance goals and review employee productivity.
Ensure company policies, quality standards, and procedures are followed.
Prepare operational and performance reports for senior management.
Handle critical issues and make effective business decisions.
Ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Lead, motivate, and develop employees to achieve organizational objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
5–10 years of relevant management experience.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Good knowledge of business operations, sales, and financial management.
Strong problem-solving and team-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.
