Position: English Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

Teach English language, grammar, literature, reading, and writing skills.
Prepare and deliver effective lesson plans according to the curriculum.
Develop students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities.
Conduct classroom activities, assignments, tests, and examinations.
Evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
Help students improve vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication skills.
Identify learning difficulties and provide additional academic support.
Maintain a positive, disciplined, and engaging classroom environment.
Communicate with parents regarding students’ academic progress when required.
Maintain attendance, lesson plans, assessment records, and other academic documentation.

Requirements:

B.A./M.A. in English or a relevant qualification.
B.Ed./equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
Teaching experience preferred; freshers may also apply.
Strong knowledge of English grammar and literature.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good classroom management and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching and helping students improve their English skills.
