Job description
Key Responsibilities
• Create and modify 3D CAD models and 2D drawings using SolidWorks.
• Assist in concept design, prototyping, and testing of mechanical components.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop engineering documentation (BOMs, drawings, specifications).
• Apply basic electrical knowledge to support electromechanical product design.
• Perform tolerance analysis, material selection, and basic calculations.
• Support cross‑functional teams in manufacturing, quality, and R&D.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety guidelines.

Required Skills & Knowledge
• Proficiency in SolidWorks (part modeling, assemblies, drafting).
• Basic understanding of electrical circuits, wiring, and safety practices.
• Strong foundation in mechanical engineering principles (strength of materials, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, casting, sheet metal, welding).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T basics.
• Good problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
• Internship or academic project experience in CAD design preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals and eagerness to learn are encouraged to apply.
