Job Description:
Our commercial division's main "Revenue Catalyst Anchor" and "Frontline Pipeline Guardian" is the telemarketing executive. Your main goal is to start high-impact, professional outbound phone outreach, qualify potential buyers, propose enterprise or consumer solutions, and complete active sales pipelines while account managers handle long-term client interactions and digital marketing teams oversee online ad campaigns. This includes handling a large number of outbound calls, negotiating corporate gatekeepers, presenting compelling value propositions, and turning cold or warm leads into qualifying appointments and closed sales. As the "Guardian of Dial-to-Connect Ratios, Customer Conversion Rates, Pitch Delivery Consistency, Call Quality Parameters, and CRM Data Integrity," you assume direct responsibility for converting prospect databases into confirmed sales prospects.

Key Skills:
Persuasive Verbal Communication & Active Listening: Strong ability to read vocal signals and dynamically modify pitch hooks, as well as complete fluency speaking professionally, confidently, and clearly over the phone.
Sales Objection Resolution Architecture: The capacity to effectively manage unforeseen client friction, get beyond organisational gatekeepers, and steer discussions into commitment windows.
CRM & Dialling Platform Competency: hands-on expertise with cloud telephony settings (such Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or ringCentral), automated predictive diallers, and sales software systems.
Resilience and Performance Focus: Strong endurance to deal with rejection in a constructive way, sustaining enthusiasm and positive vocal energy during high-volume calling shifts.
