Responsibilities:
Maintaining and repairing industrial electrical machinery, such as AC/DC electric motors, transformers, Motor Control Centers, contactors, relays, circuit breakers, solenoids, and switchboards, is known as electrical equipment maintenance.
Control Panel Wiring & Installation: To wire, alter, assemble, and test industrial control panels, junction boxes, cable trays, conduits, VFD power lines, and push-button stations, consult electrical wiring schematics.
Breakdown Response & Fault Diagnosis: Trace electrical continuity, ground faults, and phase imbalances using multimeters, clamp meters, and insulation testers. React quickly to emergency electrical trippings or machine stoppages.
Executing Preventive and Predictive Maintenance: To avoid unplanned equipment failures, carry out planned preventative maintenance work orders, such as panel cleaning, terminal tightening, motor greasing/insulation checks, and thermal hot-spot spot-checks.

Required Skills:
Industrial Electrical Systems & Control Wiring: Practical knowledge of motor control circuits (DOL, Star-Delta, forward/reverse), contactors, timers, relays, basic VFD connections, and 415V/480V three-phase power distribution.
Testing Equipment & Schematic Literacy: Able to read single-line diagrams and ladder wiring schematics, as well as use digital multimeters, clamp-on ammeters, insulation resistance testers (Megger), and phase rotation meters.
Practical Mechanical-Electrical Skills: Skilled with wire stripping tools, conduit benders, cable pulling equipment, crimping tools, and electrical hand tools.
Industrial Safety & LOTO Discipline: Unwavering dedication to hazardous work permits, electrical shock prevention, lockout/tagout procedures, and personal protective equipment.
