Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Medical Billing Voice Process Executive. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to resolve billing issues, verify claims, and ensure timely payment posting. You will play a critical role in the revenue cycle management process by providing accurate information, clarifying insurance benefits, and addressing billing queries. Strong communication skills in English, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of medical terminologies are essential for this role.

15k to 22k per month + Night Shift Allowance + Incentives
Skills Required:

Good spoken English and listening skills

Willingness to work in night shifts (US healthcare process)

Basic knowledge of medical billing or healthcare domain preferred

Ability to handle calls professionally and with empathy

Any graduate
