Job Description

We are looking for a skilled VMC Setter to set up and prepare Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines for precision production. The VMC Setter will be responsible for reading and interpreting technical drawings, selecting and installing the appropriate tools, and calibrating the machine to ensure accurate machining operations. The role involves conducting trial runs, monitoring machine performance, and performing quality checks to ensure components meet specifications. The VMC Setter will also collaborate with operators and engineers to optimize production efficiency, perform routine maintenance on machines, and maintain a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate should have experience with CNC/VMC machines, strong attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot minor issues independently.
