Job Title: Trainee Operator – Production Department

Education Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields
Experience: 0 to 3 years
Salary: Above 19k per month
Location: Chennai

Shift: Male - Rotational

Female- Day, Night Shift

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in operating and monitoring production machines.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and supervisor instructions.

Maintain quality checks during production.

Support in maintaining cleanliness and safety on the shop floor.

Learn and adapt to production processes and machine handling.

Work in coordination with the production team to meet daily targets.

Skills Required:

Willingness to learn and work in shifts.

Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Team spirit and commitment to safety standards.
