Job description:

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Knowledge of CNC VMC Maintenance .

2.Preparing Electrical Circuit Drawings for the machines .

3. Commissioning of machines CNC and SPM.

4. Capable for Fanuc ladder editing and diagnosis Fanuc controller faults for all controllers .

5. Capable of handling and diagnose the faults in CNC controls .

6. Machines electrical breakdowns troubleshooting running on Fanuc servo system, Installations of Electromechanical VMC (Horizontal/Vertical Machining Centre) Japanese machines, Working on Hydro Pneumatic issues of machines.

Customer Handling, Preventive maintenance of machine, Diagnosis of Fanuc Servo systems, Customer training after installation, AMC Customer management, Spare parts quotation request generation after analyzing customer requirement. Customer relationship management.
