Sociology Optional preparation requires a balance of conceptual understanding, revision, and answer-writing practice. Candidates preparing for the UPSC Civil Services Examination can benefit from setting aside dedicated time to practise questions and assess their subject knowledge.

IAS Gurukul offers the Sociology Optional Test Series for 35 Days under the guidance of Pranay Aggarwal Sir. This programme is intended for aspirants who want to make test practice a focused part of their preparation strategy.

Practising Sociology questions can help students work on their ability to understand the central demand of a question, select appropriate concepts, and present their ideas in a logical sequence. It can also help candidates recognise areas where additional study and revision may be required.

The test series provides online/live and offline learning modes, giving candidates the option to choose a participation format that suits their needs. The course has a validity of six months.
