Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience & performance)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of hiring across multiple domains (IT/Non-IT), strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple requirements under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the entire recruitment life cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job roles and hiring needs

Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and databases

Schedule and coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience

Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports

Negotiate salaries and manage offer rollouts

Ensure timely closure of open positions

Required Skills:

Strong experience in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.

Good understanding of various recruitment tools and ATS systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Strong networking and negotiation skills

Knowledge of recruitment metrics and hiring reports
