Job Description:

The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating a forklift to move, load, and unload materials and products within the factory or warehouse area. The role supports smooth material flow for production and dispatch operations.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month

(Based on experience, skill level, and shift duties)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklift safely to transport materials, pallets, and products

Load/unload trucks, store goods in designated areas

Supply materials to production lines as needed

Maintain accurate records of material movement

Perform daily checks and minor maintenance on the forklift

Follow safety and housekeeping guidelines

Skills & Requirements:

8th / 10th pass or ITI preferred

Valid Forklift Driving License or Training Certificate

Basic understanding of warehouse/material handling

Knowledge of weight limits, stacking, and safe driving practices

Physically fit and able to work in shifts (rotational)

Ability to follow verbal/written instructions
