IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) is a procedure where an egg and sperm are fertilized laboriously combining in the laboratory dish and than transferring the embryo to the uterus. IVF is done outside the body to fertilize egg and sperm after its collection invitro. The whole process from collection of the eggs till the placement of the embryo in the uterus is done in an aseptic environment in the laboratory.
