Job Description:
Our retail banking and credit division's main "Customer Access Anchor" and "Financial Pipeline Guardian" is the Telecaller-Banking Sector. Your main goal is to speak with consumers directly over the phone in order to introduce, clarify, qualify, and cross-sell basic banking products, while branch managers deal with walk-in clients and portfolio managers handle high-net-worth investors. This includes carrying out high-volume professional outreach for digital banking services, insurance products, home and personal loans, pre-approved credit cards, and savings account upgrades. As the "Guardian of Dial-to-Connect Ratios, Customer Verification Integrity, Lead Conversion Efficiency, Regulatory Compliance Call Logs, and Account Upgrade Tariffs," you assume direct responsibility for converting prospect databases into banking opportunities that have been verified.
Key Skills:
Persuasive Financial Communication & Active Listening: Outstanding communication abilities to explain complicated interest rates, phrases, and features in a clear, understandable, and extremely professional way over the phone.
Strategies for Resolving Banking Objections: The capacity to use planned, compliance-approved talking points to deal with client opposition over competition interest rates, service costs, and paperwork deadlines.
Basic Financial & Credit Concept Literacy: Knowledge of terms used in retail banking, such as processing fees, annual percentage rates, savings interest compounding, and equated monthly installments.
CRM & Core Banking Interface Navigation: Real-world experience with lead tracking software, security verification systems, retail customer databases, and automated banking diallers.
