Job Description:
The main "Frontline Revenue & Lead Generation Anchor" for our sales and commercial company operations is the Telemarketing Executive Outbound Sales, Lead Generation, Customer Acquisition & Pipeline Conversion. Initiating contact with potential clients, qualifying potential leads, pitching product/service offerings, managing client enquiries, and setting up high-value sales appointments for the closing team are your main responsibilities, while field sales managers conduct on-site product demonstrations and marketing leads raise brand awareness. As the "Guardian of Call Conversion Rates, Qualified Lead Pipelines, Customer Engagement Quality, CRM Data Integrity, and Daily Outreach Targets," you have direct execution responsibility for generating revenue opportunities and top-of-funnel growth.

Key Skills:
Persuasive Communication & Pitching: Outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities with a professional, clear tone, the capacity to actively listen, and persuasive sales presentation abilities.
Cold Calling & Resilience: Excellent comfort level when conducting cold calls, professional handling of rejection, and sustained zeal and vigour during calling shifts.
Negotiation and Objection Handling: The capacity to make quick decisions, overcome typical buyer objections (pricing, timing, competition preferences), and direct discussions toward scheduling appointments.
CRM & Telephony Systems: Practical knowledge of VOIP calling systems, auto-dialers, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
