Job Title: CNC / VMC / Turn Mill Setter (4 Vacancies)
Location: Chennai
Experience: 2–3 Years (Machine Setup & Operation)
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical
Job Type: Full-Time | Day & Night Shifts
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

Set up CNC, VMC & Turn Mill machines as per drawings.

Load, edit, and run CNC programs (manual programming if required).

Perform quality checks with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Gauges).

Troubleshoot machine & program issues.

Ensure precision, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.

Carry out routine machine maintenance.

Skills Required

Experience in CNC / VMC / Turn Mill setup & operation.

Knowledge of G-code & blueprints.

Hands-on with measuring tools.

Problem-solving & attention to detail.
