CNC Operator – Manufacturing – Ambattur, Chennai

Job Summary:

Operate and maintain CNC/VMC machines on the shop floor, ensuring precision in production and maintaining high-quality standards within safety protocols.

Job Type:

Full-Time, On-Site

Location : Ambattur, Chennai

Experience & Salary:

Freshers (0 years): ₹15,000/month + Free Food & Accommodation

Experienced (1–3 years): ₹20,000 above based on Experience + Free Food & Accommodation

Qualifications:

Minimum: 10th or 12th pass

Preferred: Diploma, ITI, or DME (Mechanical/Engineering)

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor CNC/VMC machines during shifts

Load materials, perform tool changes, and manage machine settings

Conduct routine inspections for quality and adherence to blueprints

Maintain daily production logs, perform machine cleaning, and carry out basic troubleshooting

Collaborate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations

Skills:

Basic knowledge of CNC operations and tool setup

Ability to interpret technical drawings or blueprints

Attention to detail and strong focus on quality

Basic understanding of SOPs and machine maintenance

Discipline in safety and housekeeping standards
