We are looking for an experienced CNC Setter to prepare and set up CNC machines for efficient production. The role involves installing tools, setting workpieces, adjusting machine parameters, and ensuring the machines are ready for operators to run production smoothly. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience in CNC setup, and the ability to maintain accuracy and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Set up CNC machines according to job specifications.

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CNC programs.

Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and work-holding devices.

Adjust machine parameters to ensure precision and accuracy.

Conduct trial runs and inspect components for quality compliance.

Troubleshoot setup-related issues and make necessary corrections.

Collaborate with operators and production supervisors for smooth workflow.

Maintain cleanliness and safety during setup operations.
