Job Description:

The CNC Operator is responsible for operating and programming Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines to manufacture precision components according to technical drawings and specifications. The role includes setting up the machine, loading materials, selecting appropriate cutting tools, and ensuring accurate machining operations while maintaining quality standards. The operator must monitor machine performance, inspect finished products, and make adjustments as necessary to meet production targets. The CNC Operator is also responsible for routine maintenance, adhering to safety protocols, and collaborating with the engineering and quality control teams to ensure efficient and defect-free production.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines to produce components as per drawings and specifications.

Load raw materials and select cutting tools for efficient machining.

Monitor machine functions and ensure precision and accuracy.

Inspect parts for defects and maintain quality standards.

Perform regular maintenance and ensure adherence to safety guidelines.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 2 to 4 years

Qualification: ITI, Diploma

Salary: Above 16k per month
