Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor diesel generator (DG) sets during power outages or as required.

Perform routine inspections, refueling, and preventive maintenance.

Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or electrical faults.

Maintain daily logs of DG performance, fuel usage, and maintenance activities.

Ensure DG operations comply with safety and environmental standards.

Coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and servicing.

Skills & Qualifications:

ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.

Hands-on experience in operating and maintaining DG sets.

Basic knowledge of electrical systems and load management.

Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations.

Good problem-solving and record-keeping skills.

Location: Chennai

Experience: 0 to 2 years

Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.

Salary: 18k to 35k per month
