Billing & Payment Entry Executive – Medical Domain

Job Description:

We are hiring a detail-oriented and efficient Payment Posting Executive for our medical billing team. This role involves accurately posting payments received from insurance companies and patients into the billing system, ensuring correct allocation to accounts.

You’ll play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, identifying posting errors, and coordinating with internal teams for resolution. If you have a strong eye for detail and knowledge of US healthcare billing, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Post insurance and patient payments into the billing software

Verify payment accuracy and balance with Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)

Address and resolve payment discrepancies

Work closely with AR and denial management teams

Maintain daily posting logs and reconciliation reports

Follow HIPAA compliance and internal data security policies

Job Details:

Location: Chennai.

Qualification: Any degree (B.Com, BBA, or life sciences preferred)

Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers can apply)

Salary: 15k to 30k per month depending on experience

Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)
