Job Description:

Location: Chennai

Qualification: Any Degree

Salary: 14k to 16k per month (Based on Experience)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

Handle inbound calls from existing or prospective customers and respond to inquiries.

Generate leads and maintain a database of customer interactions.

Explain products or services clearly and persuasively to potential customers.

Follow up on leads and provide timely responses to customer queries.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback in the CRM or database.
