Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Line Checker to ensure that products on the production line meet company quality standards. The role involves inspecting items during different stages of production, identifying defects, recording inspection results, and reporting non-conformities to supervisors. The Quality Line Checker plays a key role in maintaining product accuracy, consistency, and customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Inspect products on the production line to ensure compliance with specifications.

Identify, segregate, and report defective or non-conforming items.

Perform dimensional checks and verify product labeling, packaging, and appearance.

Maintain proper records of inspection results and daily reports.

Coordinate with production staff to rectify quality issues promptly.

Ensure adherence to company quality standards, policies, and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

Prior experience in quality inspection or manufacturing preferred.

Knowledge of quality standards, inspection tools, and procedures.

Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Basic education (ITI/Diploma/Graduate) preferred.
