Noida, 28th September 2025: The 11th Global Literary Festival Noida 2025, organized by the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry (ICMEI) and supported by the Asian Academy of Arts and AAFT University, witnessed a powerful and thought-provoking workshop led by renowned motivational speaker Astha Gill at Marwah Studios, Film City Noida.
Inaugurating the session, Dr. Sandeep Marwah, President of Marwah Studios and Festival President, remarked, “This festival has always been a platform to bring together the finest minds from the world of literature and education. It provides the opportunity to interact, exchange, and inspire through the best works and ideas of writers, authors, and poets. Astha Gill’s workshop is yet another milestone in our journey to blend literature with purposeful education.”
Talking to the audience, Astha Gill emphasized the urgent need to humanize education. She shared, “My vision is to make education more human, inclusive, and purposeful. I believe that when teachers are empowered with the right tools and training, they can transform not only classrooms but entire communities. My mission is to bridge the gap between policy and practice by aligning NEP guidelines with practical training, ensuring every student thrives in an environment that values curiosity, individuality, and human connection. Learning should never be mechanical—it should always be human.”
Her inspiring words resonated deeply with the audience, leaving a lasting impact on educators, students, and literary thinkers attending the festival.
