Job Vacancy: Account Receivable Callers

Location: Chennai

Shift Timing: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Work Environment: Office-based only
Job Responsibilities:

Contact customers to collect overdue payments and negotiate payment plans.

Monitor assigned accounts, record collection efforts, and resolve payment discrepancies.

Build positive relationships, address inquiries, and resolve invoice disputes.

Prepare statements, invoices, and collection letters; maintain accurate records.

Adhere to company policies and stay informed about industry regulations.

Work with accounts receivable team and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.
