Our Sound Healing Meditation Teacher Training in Mysore is a 5-day, 50-hour foundational program designed to introduce you to the principles and practice of sound healing. Through a combination of theory, meditation, instrument practice, and hands-on facilitation, you will learn how sound and vibration can be used to support relaxation, mindful awareness, and inner balance.
