We realized that the only way to differentiate ourselves from other solution providers in cloud space, which is pretty much very cloudy, is to create a corporate culture that center around customer and put customer first just like Salesforce platform itself.
Outstanding customer experience is our primary goal for every client we serve. Last year, we created the position for Chief Customer Officer (CCO), in order to help us achieve this goal. Apparently, the importance of CCO is still a hot topic and the appointment of CCO among cloud services companies is still a rarity.
CCOs must work toward a customer-centric strategy by driving profitability, facilitating team collaboration, assistance with technical expertise, and actively closing the communication gap between vendors, the cloud company and customers.
