1. Greets the candidates who are coming to office for an inquiry and welcome them very professionally.
2. Maintaining record of incoming & outgoing Staffs
3. Processing Data and Preparing Reports.
4. Attending to internal / inter-location and client calls
5. To verify and log receipt of Data Management and perform basic data entry
6. To record data, coding information & resolving client related issues on emails
7. Good Typing Speed and Data Entry
8. Report updating and maintenance
9. Maintaining Manual Attendance of the Staffs
10. Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned from time to time Manage the phone calls from various clients.
