Position Details

Sr. Executive/Executive- Credit Collections
Job Location: Trivandrum
• 2-4 years of experience into collection/overdue/receivables.
• Should have prior experience in voice collection process.
• Willingness to work in UK/US/Rotational Shifts
• Insurance Industry Experience preferred.
• Excellent Communication Skills Required.
• Experience interacting with broker/clients in US/UK geographies would be a plus.
• Accounting/Finance/Commerce Background/Education Preferred.

Team Lead- Credit Collections
Job Location: Trivandrum
• 4-6 years of experience into collection/overdue/receivables.
• Experience in Leading a team for Collection Process is a MUST.
• In depth knowledge on Credit control profiles and/or Credit control/Quality Practices.
• Should have prior experience in voice collection process.
• Willingness to work in UK/US /Rotational Shifts
• Insurance Industry Experience preferred.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Required.
• Experience interacting with broker/clients in US/UK geographies would be a plus.
• Accounting/Finance/Commerce Background/Education Preferred.
• B.Com/MBA-Finance Education would be an advantage.
