Three-drum dryer is a kind of large-scaled drying device. In the working process, it will vibrate fiercely because of improper operation or device problems. The vibration of the barrel, bearing, dust removal parts of the dryer machine are common breakdowns in the drying process of the dryer machine. Vibration of three-drum dryer not only affects the drying efficiency, but also aggravates the abrasion and damage of the drying device and decreases its lifetime. There are many reasons for the vibration of three-drum dryer and if we want to solve this problem fundamentally, we must improve the dryer machine system itself and equip the device with vibration resistant system. So what are the vibration resistant system of the dryer machine? Today let us learn about vibration resistant process of the three-drum dryer together.
We can reduce the vibrating range of the device by installing the shock absorber. There are three kinds of common shock absorber as follow:
1. Passive padiator shock absorber: it uses the frictional damping of the solid and liquid to consume the vibrating energy. For example, adding the passive padiator shock absorber in the main axle system of the tool is equivalent to a sliding bearing of big interval, which reduce the vibration through the damping effect of the viscous oil between the damping sleeve and the damping interval.
2. Dynamic shock absorber: it connect the mass of the three-drum dryer to the vibrating system by using the elastic component. And use the dynamic effect of the additional mass to make the force of the elastic component counteract the vibration of the system.
3. Impact shock absorber: it is made up of a shell which is connected with the vibrating system and a mass block which can move freely inside the shell. When the system vibrates, the free mass block impact the vibrating system repeatedly to consum the vibrating energy and achieve the damping eliminating effect.
The looseness of the connecting screw, bearing screw, base foot margin screw, gear ring port screw will lead to fierce vibration of the three-drum dryer barrel. We should pay attention to whether the screws of these detailed parts are loosen or not, if so, we should fasten them timely.
If the barrel of three-drum dryer was not heated evenly, it would bend seriously and the connection of the riding wheel would be in dab situation. At this time we should control the heat supply of the heat source evenly and adjust the riding wheel of three-drum dryer correctly.
The excessive big or small of the meshing interval of the barrel’s transmission gear and gear ring also leads to vibration of the three-drum dryer. If the vibration was caused by this reason, we should adjust the meshing interval of the gear ring and the gear.
