Vertical Mill applies to grind coal, coke, cement raw material, gypsum, barite, phosphorite, calcite, kaolin and other medium degree hardness solid material. LM vertical grinding mill is integrated with crushing, drying, grinding and separating. Process flow is easy. Compared with tube mill, vertical roller mill has many advantages. High grinding efficiency; Reducing 20-30% electricity consumption; Big drying ability; Material moisture can be 15%; Material in-size is bigger; Degree of product fineness is easier to adjust; Chemical composition is steady; No steel ball impact; No direct touch between metals; Low noise; Low wear; There is separator in mill, no need to match powder concentrator; Small cover area; Grinding rollers can be taken out of the mill; Easy maintain and so on.
1. High grinding efficiency and low power consumption. This kind of LM vertical grinding mill consumes 20-30% lower power. And with the growing of moisture content, its energy-saving effect will be more obvious.
2. Strong dry ability. Air is used to send materials, and the temperature of the air can be controlled according to the moisture content of materials. And this mill can be used to dry materials with moisture content as high as 12~15%, which is much higher than the special dryer.
3. Large feeding size. The feeding size can be as large as 5% of the diameter of the grinding diameter, that is, 40 to 100mm. Therefore, secondary grinding is unnecessary for large-scale and medium vertical mill.
4. Stable chemical composition and even particle size products. 5. Simple process flow and small in size.
Vertical roller mill is used to grind the barite, limestone, kaolin, ceramics, and slag, etc, which are non-inflammable and non-explosive stuff whose Mohs hardness is below 9.3. .The product size is adjustable in the range of 80-425 meshes.
1,Raw material feed into discharge pipe through rotary discharger.
2,Discharge pipe enter into the mill through the side or the center of the separator. Material will fall into the center of mill disc with the help of gravity and air flow.
3,Mill disc connect with the reducer constantly. Constant speed rotation of mill disc will distribute material evenly in the lining plate of mill disc.
4,There inclined mill roller will bite material and pulverize. Grind material with the function of pressure and friction.
5,Centrifugal force will make pulverized material at the edge of mill disc from the middle of mill disc.
6,Material off mill disc will enter into hot gas in the mill through air ring. Via the middle of the mill shell and enter into the Sepratator. During the process, material will exchange hot gas.
7,The moisture will be evaporated.The rest moisture can reach 1%. Unpulverized material as request will be selected by the Separator and send back mill disc.
