    • Attend to incoming calls, greeting of guest and registration
    • Arrange and coordinate meetings
    • Assist with data entry, documentation and filing work
    • In charge of courier services and incoming goods
    • Update various spreadsheet sheets and other general administrative duties as needed
    • Other ad-hoc admin and reception duties as assigned by superior
    • Outgoing and pleasant personality, positive service attitude and enjoy interacting with people.
    • Possess good spoken and written English language skills.
    • A team player who can handle stress in a demanding work environment.
    • Proficient in MS Office.
    • Able to start work immediately is an advantage.
    Salary 5000/- to 7000/-
    Qualification : B.Com
    Experience: Minimum 1 years
    Location : Nr. Town Hall, Jamnagar.
    Timing : 09:00 am to 1:30pm 03:00pm to 08:30pm
