1.Good communication skills –verbal and written- be able to respond to all queries from the guests while on shift

2. Pleasing personality with a flair

3. A graduate from the recognized universities or a diploma holder from the aviation academy with one year of experience

4. With a high degree of customer focus

5. 24x7 operations

6.Since it is a front end operation the person performs his tasks standing

 

Responsibilities

Providing travel related services to the resident guest  - surface /air and train travel

Billing the services rendered

Ticketing – arranging / rescheduling /canceling air tickets

Arrange sight seeing in and around Delhi –city information is of the prime importance

Computer skills – net surfing to get the right web page for various information /distance calculation /major airlines portals

-          To be able to understand the creation of the duty slips / billing to the guest for the services used
