The phone features a 5” inch IPS OGS display, a RAM of 1 GB, internal storage of 16 GB expandable to 32 GB. The processor is a 1.3 GHz quad core processor that has been matched with a Mali 400 GPU.
The XonPhone 5 runs on a customized version of the Android 4.4.2 Kit Kat use Voice Capture to get some good photos and videos in HD using either the 8 MP or the 2 MP cameras. Fulfilling its tagline of value for money, the phone also features connectivity options like Bluetooth, 3G, WiFi Direct and WiFi.
The physical design is something that you will find on any premium smart phone; a solid plastic body has steel sides and a glossy black screen. The design on the back cover has a perforated design that comes in three matte colors of silver, gold and grey. You will also find accessories such as headphones, micro USB cable, travel adapter and a screen guard in the box.
