Shoe Palace is offering another shot at copping the Jordan 11 Mens Legend Blue in Men’s sizes today. They just opened up a new shop and it’s first come, first serve. With a few Jordan 13 releases on the horizon, it’s only right that we pay homage to the G.O.A.T. or better yet, the ‘Black Cat’ as some referred to MJ. As October carried the ‘Reflective’ and ‘Birmingham Barons’ colorways, November gives us the ‘Grey Toe’ colorway and December is holding the ‘Dirty Breds,’ so let’s take a look at some of the best Jordan XIII models from the past, present, and soon to come. The Air Jordan 13 was another stroke of brilliance on the part of designer Tinker Hatfield and once again made him the mastermind behind another highly popular Jordan Brand signature sneaker. Grabbing inspiration from the black panther, in conjunction with Michael Jordan’s feline quickness which earned him the name “Black Cat,” Hatfield created the model with a lightweight build for a quicker response time. Aside from the panther print that graces the side panel of this spectacular model, the highlighting feature comes in the form of the holographic Jumpman placed near the ankle of the construction and representing the eye of the black panther.Michael Jordan put up big numbers in the Jordan 6 Black Infrared and wore them during the 1998 NBA Playoffs and Finals before switching into the 14’s and finishing off his career as a member of the Chicago Bulls in legendary fashion. The Air Jordan 13 has made a return in 2013 and will continue to do so throughout the early part of next year.
